The bike was delivered sooner than expected and was relatively easy to assemble. However, there was an issue with the front forks as they were tweaked upon delivery, prompting a return. I must commend Ancheer in customer service, who was absolutely awesome. She quickly arranged for new forks to be sent out, demonstrating excellent customer service. All in all, it's a pretty nice bike, and I appreciate the prompt and helpful assistance provided by the customer service team.
