Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Before shipping your order, Ancheer normally needs to prepare your products, do strict quality control tests, and carefully package the items. As such, the processing time is separate from the delivery time.

Processing Time

• For electric bikes in stock at the US warehouses, it normally takes 1–2 business days to process your order.
• For e-bike batteries and e-bike front forks, it may take about 5–7 business days to process your order.
